At the web/ecomm team at GoTo, I oversaw the design development of 6 domains in the IT Support Group (ITSG) product group; mainly focusing on CRO and championing accessible design principles as part of an agile team.
Led end-to-end UX/UI design for ITSG e-commerce portfolio spanning 6 domains, focusing on pre-purchase customer journey optimization and conversion funnel improvements
Built and maintained design library of 100+ reusable website components, establishing design system foundation for consistent brand experience and accelerated development cycles
Collaborated cross-functionally with agile engineering teams, web publishers, product developers, and copywriters to ship pixel-perfect, responsive designs on aggressive timelines
Designed impactful marketing campaign assets and user flows supporting ongoing business initiatives and revenue goals
Championed accessible web design (WCAG compliance) integrating inclusive design principles throughout organization's digital products
Logmein Rescue Site - Design Highlights
As part of the team I transformed the visual look and message of the Rescue product site to boost conversion and refresh the product messaging, closely collaborating with the Brand team. Fully redesigned the Blog portion of the site with a new layout and information architecture, creating new visual assets and rethinking component development.
